Full payment is required in advance for registration and scheduling of any course.
We accept cash, check, Master Card, Visa, and American Express.
If GO 4 IT Services cannot provide the service you registered for on the day we scheduled, you may reschedule to another day, or we will refund your money.
If you need to reschedule, you need to contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. We will work with you to reschedule within one year of the sign up date. After one year, the class is void, and there are no refunds.
If you are a no show on the date scheduled, your class is void and there is no refund.
If you change your mind, just like buying a car or sporting event tickets, there are no refunds. You may sell, or reassign the course to someone else, or switch it from one course to another of equal value (or apply the value to a more expensive course and pay the difference), and we will honor it for one year from the date of purchase.
